Rubikon Residence IV is the next stage of the residential project that we started building in 2014 in Warsaw’s Lower Mokotów, near Bluszczańska and Siekierkowska Streets.

Rubikon Residence is an intimate estate where everyone can find peace and quiet. These values guided us in designing a complex of four buildings, creating a unique place on the map of Warsaw, full of greenery and elegant architectural forms. A zone that each of us can call an oasis of tranquility.
