Who we are

The Management Board of APM Development is made up of experienced entrepreneurs who have been involved in the real estate market and the construction sector for many years. The company has been developing housing estates in Warsaw since 2003. Over the past several years, they have handed over nearly 3,000 flats in districts such as Mokotów, Targówek, Wola, Bemowo and Wawer.

We have been developing housing estates (new houses and flats) in Warsaw since 2003. We offer flats and houses in, for example, Wawer, Ursynów, Bemowo, and Mokotów. We have built over 1,000 flats in various development projects, including: Samarytanki housing estate in Targówek, Nowa Wola housing estate in Wola and Słoneczne Tarasy in Bemowo. APM Development has been operating in its current form since 2005. This organisational structure allows the special purpose vehicles to provide professional service and control of the projects under construction and increases the financial security of the investments. Since 2006, APM Development has been a member of the Polish Association of Development Companies (Polski Związek Firm Deweloperskich) and applies the Code of Good Practice in Customer – Developer relations.

Financial security

Providing the Buyer with a secure purchase of a flat and minimising financial risk during its construction is a priority for us. The security of each of our projects is guaranteed by the Bank, which, independent of the payments made by future residents, ensures permanent financing of the project. The funds paid under the agreements signed are deposited in a restricted account and are under the control of the Bank co-financing the project. Our customers are offered a partnership development agreement with equal security for the Buyer and Seller and clear and transparent rules for the purchase of a flat. We do not start selling until we obtain a valid building permit, and the future tenant receives from us full information about the investment and its immediate surroundings, as well as a set of documents necessary to obtain a loan. In the Agreement we clearly define the date of completion of the construction, and payments of individual tranches take place only after the completion of a given construction stage, on the basis of the completion report presented to the Buyer.

We are committed to building long-term relationships with our customers, which is why sales are handled by a team of experienced and professional advisors, guiding the Buyer through the entire process: from the selection and purchase of a flat to its acceptance.

APM Development has a highly qualified team of Project Managers who supervise and coordinate the construction work of subcontractors, as well as prepare the documentation necessary for the efficient handover of premises to future residents. The professionalism of our engineering staff is confirmed by the high punctuality in the realisation of individual development projects and the low number of defects reported by residents of completed facilities.
