Nowy Marysin IV Apartments

In the fourth phase of this unique project in Wawer, we designed 58 residential units with a height of 2.65 m. The building will include studios with an area of 28 – 45 sq m, the most sought-after two-room apartments with an area from 39 to 48 sq m, three-room apartments in a compact layout with areas up to 54 sq m, but also more spacious ones from 60 to 64 sq m. For those who need larger spaces, four-room apartments with an area of 92 sq m will be waiting.
