Bartycka Residence III

Bartycka Residence III bis is another investment in Mokotów that we have realized at the Siekierkowski Loop, near Bluszczańska Street. Four two-story buildings are a continuation of the first phase of the project (Mokotów Estate – Bartycka Residence III), completed in 2009. This investment met with great recognition and positive reviews regarding the functionality of apartment layouts, their quality, and aesthetics. Hence the decision to expand the Estate.

Following the spirit of the times and meeting the expectations of our Clients, we decided on a modern architectural form of the buildings and a subdued color scheme of their facades, kept in shades of white and graphite. The buildings have been perfectly integrated into the developing surroundings.
