Wiślany Square to Arrive

May 6 2025

Siekierki are changing day by day – today, it is one of the fastest-developing areas in Warsaw. New residential areas are emerging, the population is growing, and with that, the pressure on local services is increasing. APM Development, a developer with expertise in numerous housing projects in this area, has responded to this need. Soon, at the intersection of Aleja Polski Walczącej and Batalionu AK “Bałtyk” Street, construction of Wiślany Square will begin – a modern commercial and service space that will become a new, important spot for the residents of Siekierki.

Wiślany Square will be a neighborhood center of activity – a cozy, convenient, and easily accessible place where the inhabitants of Siekierki will be able to easily meet their everyday needs. It will be a modern, intimate space designed to meet the requirements of the neighborhood community.

In Response to Real Needs

“We have been carrying out residential projects in Siekierki for years and have seen how much this district is growing,” says a spokesperson for APM Development. “As the population grew, there was also a pressing need to create a place where people could shop, meet with their neighbors, relax with their families, or grab a bite to eat. That’s where the concept for Wiślany Square originated.”

According to forecasts, the population of Siekierki will increase significantly in a short time – currently, there are a few thousand residents in the immediate vicinity of the planned facility, and further construction stages are already underway. Such a scale of urbanization requires not only housing but also infrastructure that will actually improve the comfort of daily life. The project will be part of the modern concept of the “15-minute city,” where residents can meet their daily needs within their neighborhood without needing to travel to other parts of Warsaw.

What Will Be Included in Wiślany Square

Wiślany Square will offer the residents of Siekierki a full range of daily conveniences – they will be able to shop, enjoy a coffee, or even relax outdoors. The plans include, among other things:

  • A grocery market and numerous retail outlets from popular and well-loved brands;
  • Service points, including a bank, currency exchange, laundry, and beauty salons;
  • Gastronomy – restaurants, cafés, and eateries offering both dine-in and takeaway options;
  • Modern architecture with natural lighting, wide passageways, and comfortable pedestrian-friendly solutions;
  • A comfortable underground parking lot, bike racks, and public transport stops in close proximity.

Additionally, across from Wiślany Square, at the intersection of Aleja Polski Walczącej and Batalionu AK “Bałtyk” Street, the developer will create a park with plenty of greenery, benches, and space for children, offering a relaxation area for the residents of Siekierki.

Thanks to this investment, residents will have convenient access to products and services on-site, without the need for daily commutes to Mokotów, Wilanów, or the city center. It will be a “daily-use” space, but with the quality and aesthetics that align with modern urban planning principles.

Shared Space – More Than Just Shopping

Wiślany Square will be more than just a commercial and service center. The developer emphasizes that the space will also serve to integrate the local community. Planned events, children’s activities, neighborhood initiatives, and artistic events will give the square a unique, “neighborhood” character. “We want Wiślany Square to be more than just a shopping center,” says APM Development. “It should become part of local life: friendly, open, and safe. It will be a place people will want to return to.”

Construction Starting Soon

Construction will begin in the coming months, with the opening scheduled for late 2026 or early 2027. Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept and leasing of the space, while the entire project is part of the broader portfolio of the AT Group.of the space, while the entire project is part of the broader portfolio of the AT Group.
